About RxDecoder
We created RxDecoder because understanding your medical information should not depend on knowing medical terminology. Our purpose is to make health awareness and patient education more accessible—not to replace the people who care for you.
Understanding before decisions
A confusing prescription or unfamiliar report can leave a patient unsure what to ask next. RxDecoder helps turn that uncertainty into clearer questions, so patients and caregivers can take a more informed part in conversations with their doctor.
RxDecoder is an educational initiative of the Healthcare Division of Rukman Digital Ventures. We are not a hospital, pharmacy, medical practice, or prescribing service.

Our boundaries are part of our purpose
- Education, not diagnosis. An explanation is not a medical assessment, prescription, or treatment recommendation.
- AI assistance, not certainty. Handwriting, medicine names, and clinical context can be misread. Verify important details with your clinician.
- Transparency, not promises. Catalog prices are indicative. Editorial approval is not product certification, proof of equivalence, or regulatory endorsement.
- Awareness, not self-substitution. Medicines in the same class are not automatically interchangeable. Never change treatment based only on this platform.
Our aim is responsible, factual communication without cure guarantees, unsupported superiority claims, or invented patient endorsements.
